At the recent Future of Audio Innovation event hosted by NextTechnow by Publicis Media, we brought something a little unexpected—and delightfully bold—to the table: an AI-powered wine tasting experience.

Guests were greeted by Purple Paradise, the friendly AI Sommelier we developed for Chronic Cellars winery.
Through natural, real-time conversation, Purple guided event attendees through a curated lineup of Chronic Cellars wines, offering pairing suggestions, flavor profiles, and a dose of charm—all powered by conversational AI.
The activation demonstrated how emerging technologies like AI avatars can enhance real-world experiences in playful, memorable ways. Whether you’re a wine expert or a casual sipper, Purple made the experience personal, interactive, and refreshingly unpretentious.
