About the Project

Warp, a leading provider of AI-powered freight logistics, set out to make a bold impact at NRF 2025, the world’s largest retail conference. Specializing in optimizing supply chain routes through AI and strategically placed sortation centers, Warp sought an innovative way to engage conference attendees and demonstrate its technology effectively. To achieve this, we created a first-of-its-kind Apple Vision Pro experience, transforming conventional 2D presentations into a fully immersive 3D journey, redefining how logistics solutions are seen, understood, and experienced.

The Challenge

Trade shows are fast-paced and crowded, making it tough to stand out—especially in industries like supply chain logistics, where complex technology can feel overwhelming to the average attendee. With countless booths competing for attention, Warp needed a compelling, interactive experience to pull people in, keep them engaged, and clearly showcase the power of its AI-driven routing technology.

The Solution

With just one month until the event, our team designed and developed a custom Apple Vision Pro experience using Unity. This immersive application featured:

  • A 3D map of the United States, allowing users to select start and end locations.
  • AI-powered route visualization, dynamically displaying the most efficient shipping paths.
  • An intuitive UI and interactive storytelling, seamlessly guiding users through Warp’s logistics solution.

To make the experience more inclusive, we added screen mirroring on an Apple TV, letting a wider audience follow along in real time rather than limiting it to a single headset user.

By leveraging spatial computing, the experience brought Warp’s technology to life, turning what could have been a passive video demo into an engaging, hands-on interaction that attendees could explore at their own pace.
